スケートボードに乗って街から街へと滑走し、フェイス トゥ フェイスをモットーに器（うつわ）を行商する、
実店舗を持たない器屋「器 つか本」。
代々木上原・OPRCTにて、1日限定「器 つか本 代々木上原店」を開店します。
栃木県・益子焼を中心に、取り扱う陶芸家は平均年齢83歳。
高齢で、SNSを使って遠くの地へ届けることが難しい陶芸家と私たちとの距離を
「器 つか本」店主・塚本はスケートボードで軽やかに縮めます。
緊急事態宣言下では、InstagramのDM機能やビデオチャット機能も使い、
器を欲する方の「人となり」を知るため対話を重ね、器の魅力を伝えた塚本。
「直接話すことが、器の魅力を伝える一番の方法」と塚本は言います。
陶芸家と私たちとの間を行き来する「器 つか本」、個展形式での、初めてのポップアップストアです。

Event: “Utsuwa Tsukamoto POP-UP Store”
“Utsuwa Tsukamoto” is a Japanese plate shop which has no actual store,
gliding from city to city on a skateboard to bring a plate to customers with face to face.
One day limited pop-up shop will be open at OPRCT in Yoyogiuehara.
The average age of his main dealing potters in Mashiko, Tochigi Prefecture is 83 years old!
With his skateboard, Tsukamoto, the owner of this shop,
makes it possible to reduce the distance between customers and potters who are too old to use SNS or Internet.
Under the state of emergency, he dialogued with customers to know their personality and let them know the charm of plates using Direct Mail by Instagram or a video chat application.
Tsukamoto says “Talking directly with customers is the best way to tell them the charm of plates.“
This is the first pop-up store by Tsukamoto who goes back and forth between potters and customers.
